My love of food and the culinary arts has taken me to so many places around the world, and I feel truly blessed to have seen and done all of the amazing things that I have experienced. When I began my journey through the culinary arts, I knew next to nothing about food or proper preparation of a quality meal. Essentially, I could boil water and cook pasta, but that was about the full extent of my expertise as a chef!

Eventually, I became bored working at local restaurants and wanted more of a creative challenge to satisfy my food interests. So, I enrolled in another culinary program in Tampa FL!
This was an interesting transition though because the length of the program did not necessitate the need to move permanently to Tampa FL. With this awkward timing, I was really struggling to find a place to live while I continued my learning.
