You might not think that organizing the supply chain of produce would really be that involved, but it you were to take a step into my shoes, you would probably think differently very quickly. My most recent trip to Washington DC alone has been quite an experience, but at least I have been able to enjoy nice and relaxing temporary furnished housing in Washington D.C. through Attache Property Management, LLC while I have been working out of this location.
Organizing and working with produce can often require navigating a lot of regulation and a lot of red tape. Because produce is effectively a double dose of trouble, there are restrictions and processes and tests that all need to be satisfied in order to move forward on any kind of supply chain fulfillment.
With produce being a consumable product, we need to adhere to some pretty stiff regulation on the part of the FDA in how we produce, and how we transport, and how we sell these goods. Since it will ultimately be eaten by people at the end of the day, these processes are in place to ensure the safety of our consumer, but it also requires a significant amount of time on my part to navigate these requirements out of Washington DC.
On the other hand, because produce can technically be a foreign good, and the potential for invasive flora species is a threat to local ecosystems, we also need to adhere to strict guidelines by the department of wildlife. These are a little more straightforward to navigate, but still requires a lot of energy when I am working.
With all of these processes in place, it’s no wonder that I find myself to be truly tired at the end of each day. But with my temporary furnished housing in Washington D.C. from Attache Property Management, LLC, at least I am able to rest easy and relax well in a space that I can call my home away from home.
The accommodations themselves are well above and better than any of the traditional hotels that I have used in the past. The space is much larger, cleaner, and simply more livable than many of the places I have called home before while tackling this kind of work out of Washington DC.
I realize that this is likely to become a more trafficked route for the company’s produce in the coming years, so I have already made my peace about coming to Washington DC a bit more often in the future. But at least I will get to keep enjoying my temporary furnished housing in Washington D.C. from Attache Property Management, LLC whenever I come out here too.
