My wonderful gardener was looking for a new accommodation in the Washington DC area. I’ve been using him and his brothers for over 22 years to take care of my house and rentals. However, after all the Covid issues, they must leave their current accommodation because the house was sold. This left them looking for a corporate furnished apartment in Washington D.C.. They had a great credit score and rent that was comparable to what they were playing was completely fine with them.
Unfortunately , due to the fact that they didn’t have any family in the local area, they were living in tents at the camping grounds nearby until they could get a place. I wasn’t able to host them in my rental because they were all currently occupied or else I would have.

Wow! This place was spot clean and had so much room in the interior. I’m talking, about way more space than their old home I visited. Yes, sure they lost some square footage. However, I didn’t look or feel like it.
The family cooked a traditional Mexican meal and was able to cook everything in their corporate furnished apartment in Washington D.C. without any issues. We bonded and had a great night with amazing company, food, and drinks.
