It has been a pretty difficulty year for me and my family. Because my sister had an injury, I flew out to Pensacola FL to cover her shifts but because she doesn’t have enough room at her house, I needed to book short term furnished housing in Pensacola from Corporate Accommodations of NW Florida.
My sister works harder than anyone I know, so it was especially difficult for her when she hurt her leg and was no longer as mobile as she once was. This freak accident really created a major impact to not only her life but her family’s as well.
Her husband, who was already working two jobs, was not able to be there for her as much as he wanted to because he still needed to make money which was now even more important than before. And her kids are all in school, so are unable to help out in the way that she needed.
This is where I come into the picture, because my job has been remote for the past year, I have been able to travel to her in Pensacola FL and stay nearby so that I can not only help her but also cover her work.

The space itself is quite comfortable and I have everything that I need right at my fingertips so despite long days of work and supporting my sister, I can come home and simply relax and rejuvenate. I almost feel like I am able to relax more here because of this environment than in my own home!
Taking over my sisters cleaning shifts has been quite an experience as well. But also thankfully, her clients have been completely understanding about the whole thing as well and have given us a nice break that has been so necessary.
Well I hope this situation never arises again, I am thankful to Corporate Accommodations of NW Florida for their short term furnished housing in Pensacola. I look forward to when my sister is back on her feet, and while I love Pensacola FL, I will be ready to go home.
